The assignment is about Public organization X (Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Saudi Arabia ) funding projects challenges in Saudi Arabia, and this due to Government of Saudi Arabia decisions and strategy called (Vision 2030) to stop funding new project and involving the private sector in development for many public sectors in Saudi Arabia.
What I did in the literature view is I provided three models that have been used around the world to solve project funding issue for public organizations namely public-private partnership (PPP), private financing initiatives (PFI) and Tax incremental financing (TIF).

a. I made 2 interviews with people in public organization who have a decision, also, the case study they faced on funding issue (the file attached).
b. 3 interviews with manufacturers who have impacted because of the case study or the project that not completed.
c. Also, I need from you to DO PESTEL and SWOT analysis for the public organization (the public organization name is Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, the link: https://www.rcjy.gov.sa/en-US/Pages/default.aspx)
2-In conclusion part:
I need to prove that the public organization is really suffering from lack of funding and so on.
3-In recommendation part:
I need from you to put the PPP model is the best solution for the public organization with strong link based on the literature review that I made, also how to implement PPP model and the change the public organization need to implement PPP.
Note:
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu should be named Public organization X.
