Since the start of my term at Wright State University, I immediately inclined my studies towards business. However, as I studied through different subjects and units, I encountered human resources management. For me, the knowledge provided by this particular subject has shaped the way in which I view people, especially in organizations. Indeed, I came to learn that people are the greatest asset to any organization, and as such, require attention in order to ensure productivity and growth. It is for this reason that I am requesting for an internship position in your organization within this particular field.
The temperament of the course I am pursuing has equipped me with the right set of talents and abilities for this particular position. In light of this, I am still eager to learn more from your organization. Personally, I believe that learning does not have an end, hence, the foundation for my interest in your organization. Irrespective of my lack of experience, my proficiency in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and expertise in Arabic and English will be important to your organization.
Currently, I am undertaking a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business at the Raj Soin College of Business, which is a part of Wright State University. My focus on human resource management is related to the course option that I am pursuing, which is human resources. In spite of this, I am an enthusiastic person who pays attention to detail and willing to learn comprehensively from you in order to further the firm and me towards greater heights, with respect to the field of human resources.
