Collapse of the Real Estate Market
Both sides share the blame. However, the federal government and the banks (the lenders and the brokers) played the primary role in the collapse of the real estate market as well as the involved financial institutions. Apparently, the US used the Shiites to help bring Saddam Hussein down. U.S remains indebted for Iraq’s war fate, a state that is today faced by high rates of car bombings and rising attacks from Al-Qaeda. Powerful Middle Eastern countries continue to fund the Al-Qaeda group to engage in religious wars.
