The evident opportunities that may be useful in attaining the preset objectives in this marina include the efforts by the Pointe condominium development, which offers crucial support to such business enterprises. This includes an annual increase in the profits by $ 75,000 through the addition of 80 slips on E, F, and G harbors. Moreover, the element of inventory control will save between $2,400 and $ 3,000. Furthermore, his actions will aid in utilizing the available space for winter storage. This will increase the profits acquired by the company on a yearly basis.
