Diet
- Carrying packed lunch to work as a way of avoiding fast food joints
- Ensuring that I eat a balanced diet at all times to provide my body with the all the necessary minerals

- Recognizing that there are aspects in my line of work beyond my control such as the death of a patient

Sleep Deprivation
- Designing an appropriate atmosphere in the bedroom by placing lined curtains to ensure the room stays dark. This will create a favorable environment for sleeping

- Putting on a safety belt at all times when in an ambulance
- Trying to stay calm in case I am involved in a road accident
Knee/back injury
- Avoiding slippery areas by mopping any forms of spills in the ambulance or paramedics’ room
- Seeking the services of a doctor immediately after acquiring the injury
- Avoiding strenuous activities as a way of taking time to heal
