Purpose
The objective of this report is to offer BondAir effective leadership and communication strategies that are to improve the organizational culture and structure. These strategies will increase the company’s productivity and efficiency thus improving service quality and customer satisfaction levels throughout the organization’s structure. Consequently, there will be better public perception and higher profitability.
Background
The report was commissioned because there was a decrease in clientele and there were numerous complaints that were filed by both the employees and the company’s clients. Factors to note were poor interpersonal communication levels, poor decision-making protocols, stereotyping, insecurity concerns and poor synergy between clients and management. Considering the issues that needed to be addressed, the report commissioned addresses both the status-quo and future circumstances. Companies are always looking to improve themselves; therefore, this report may be used in the future to give a historical background.
Scope and Agenda
The report encompasses the issues with a top-down perspective. The managerial positions trickling down to the casual laborers were considered in the compilation of this report. The agenda of the report is outlined as,

Methods
Several methods were employed to come up with comprehensive information. The techniques employed were, interviews, issuing of questionnaires, observations and surveys. Collection of data was done over a period of two weeks to ensure that there were higher accuracy levels during the exercise. The interviews accounted for people from all departments to reflect the whole organization. The survey was done randomly, but the necessary sample group from the population is considered. Observation was done during the conduction of the methods, thus giving comprehensive information.
