Radio Ad Message
Most listeners tune in to their radio early in the morning. Therefore, the proposed radio advertisement will target 6 am-10 am to capture and engage a wider audience. The message runs immediately before the start of popular family radio shows. The advertisement will equally run during peak social events, such as the super bowl and the Paralympic Olympics. The objective is to reach families with a member experiencing mobility impairments. The radio message will revolve around a small girl experiencing obesity and mobility impairments. In the background are the parents. The girl has just seen another woman using the forearm crutch under review. The radio message shall read, “that girl is using crutches like mine.” The girl then rushes, limping to grab her own crutches before stating, “I want to be like that girl.” Such a message is beautiful and powerful, telling the story of many young children suffering from injury, disease or amputation.
