Introduction
Similar to other commercial subdivisions, the programs and tactics used to present and discuss a particular idea in the business setting are crucial determinants of the outcomes in terms of its effective implementation and acceptance by a large percentage of the relevant stakeholders. In the modern world, technological advancements have enhanced these techniques, an aspect that has aided most business organizations to accomplish the formulated goals with reference to customer satisfaction and increased market share. One of the most influenced subsections is the human resource department. The use of these developments has enabled officers in this subsection to execute their tasks competently. This includes training the human resources in different departments on the company’s policies, projects, and project implementation procedures (Ashford & Hall, 2011). Based on this argument, this paper seeks to highlight the three main elements of media that enhance such activities in the organizational setting. Additionally, it will entail a description of the theoretical concepts integrated in these media elements as well as their effectiveness in presenting the selected business message.
Still Images
One of the chief media elements is still images. This entails two or three-dimensional pieces that formulate a visual perception of a physical object. Features such as maps, graphs, paintings, and computerized graphics are components of this media element that utilizes the visual aspect owing to its impact on the human brain. Various philosophers and scientists link such visual pieces to the formulation of a lasting illustration in the brain. Accordingly, still images are an indispensable component of the typical learning mechanisms adopted by various theorists. This is in line with the facet of perception, which is also applicable in the business setting. It refers to the recognition, organization, and comprehension of information in order to understand the highlighted concepts as well as incorporating the learnt ideas into the setting (Stimson, 2002).
Another concept that relates to the use of still images in a business setting is visual literacy. It is the aptitude to deduce information relayed as an image. It employs the argument that human beings can understand a complex message through certain elements integrated in these visual pieces. Accordingly, visual literacy is a competent approach of communication in the business setting and other platforms. In this case, use of still images in the preparation and use of training materials to convey certain information to the human resources is a suitable tactic that will result in increased productivity especially in the targeted subsection of sales and marketing. For example, the trainer can use appropriate images to highlight the relationship between teamwork and the increase in sales (Wilson, 2012). This will create a vivid representation in the brain, an element that will aid in understanding the presented concepts. Subsequently, such training sessions will yield pleasant results in the sales department and other related subsections.

It is one of the most common and flexible approaches used by individuals in various environments in order to convey certain ideas. Its simplicity makes it a vital mode of communication. This is because of the ease in identifying and interpreting characters presented in the word format. As highlighted by theorists who analyze the communication theory, communication is a multifaceted phenomenon that requires the use of a common conveyance technique between the recipient and conversationalist. This argument also relates to the concept of perception. This is because the latter learning technique utilizes sensory abilities to interpret the identified information (Burden & Roodt, 2008).
These principles justify the use of texts in training materials aimed at enlightening the labor force of a company about various components of sales and marketing departments. The instructor should consider the interaction of all the integrated ideas in order to attain the essential word flow. Moreover, modifying the text by use of color, legible font attributes, and emphasis on the key phrases are essential tactics that will aid in conveying the intended message. As indicated in the perception ideology, human beings tend to enhance their memory through such noticeable features.

This media element refers to the creations consisting of altered shapes and an illusion of a mobile object. One of the major advantages of using animations in presentations and other training materials in an organizational setting is their ability to capture the attention of the audience. This multimedia element highlights crucial information and functions of various concepts integrated in the presentation. Moreover, this communication tactic enables the audience to relate certain ideologies and the possible outcomes of the schemes addressed through the training materials. However, the trainer should be careful in incorporating such features in the training materials because of the possible reduction of the employees’ level of attentiveness.
One of the philosophical concepts that relate to the effectiveness of animations in the conveyance of crucial information is visual marketing. This is the ability to relate a physical object to its visual representation and surroundings. Understanding this relationship is a useful visual communication feature that focuses on influencing the targeted customers. This is through the noticeable images comprised in marketing tools. Moreover, animations are an efficient tactic in branding. Their eye-catching attribute is helpful in persuading clients to consider certain products as their ultimate choices (Goodman, 2002). Accordingly, incorporating relevant animations in the training materials regarding sales and marketing will aid the employees in identifying and understanding some of the effective marketing strategies and tools that will result in the attainment of the set goals.

Based on the
concepts discussed in this paper, various media elements are effective in
conveying crucial information to employees. Incorporating the three elements in
the training materials regarding the sales and marketing subdivisions will ease
the comprehension of the discussed concepts. This is in accordance with the
philosophical aspects highlighted in this essay including the communication
theories, visual marketing, perception, and visual literacy.
